Autumn Term Updates

Future Events to support units of work this term for your diaries:

Year 1/2 Friday 8th November 'Great Fire of London' experience day

Year 3/4 Thursday 21st/ Friday 22nd November Fitzwilliam Visit

Year 5/6 Thursday 12th December 'A Victorian Christmas' experience day 

Details will come out nearer to the date. Phases are likely to need volunteers to support these events.

Admin General Information

Chicken Eggs - If you would like a pack of our chickens' eggs please complete the very short form accessed by clicking here

Office hours - 8.30am to 4pm except Wednesday, which is 8.45am to 4pm

EY and P Payments - a reminder these are due at the start of the month and all balances should be paid on receipt of payment request.

Organisation Reminders

PE days for Autumn Term 1 - NO CHANGES

Children need to come to school in PE kit on PE days. 

Reception (Rabbits and Mice) - Thursday and Friday

Yr1/2 Foxes and Squirrels - Monday and Wednesday, Otters - Wednesday and Friday

Yr3/4 Swans - Monday and Tuesday, Kingfishers - Tuesday and Wednesday

Badgers - Tuesday and Thursday 

Yr5/6 Ravens - Monday and Tuesday, Swallows - Tuesday and Wednesday, Owls - Tuesday and Thursday

Please remember that children should not wear jewellery to school except small stud earrings, but these must be removed for PE sessions to ensure safety rules are followed.

Could you foster? 

At Nexus Fostering based in Lolworth, we’re looking for local people like you to become foster carers. By providing a loving and stable home environment, you can support the increasing number of children and young people in the local area who cannot live in their family homes. Not all children require long-term care. We also need foster carers for short-term placements, respite care, and to provide temporary homes to support young parents and their babies.
