The three week cycle runs from 23rd February:

Week One - 23rd Feb, 16th Mar, 13th Apr, 4th & 25th May, 15th Jun, 6th Jul

Week Two - 2nd & 23rd Mar, 20th Apr, 11th May, 1st & 22nd Jun and 13th Jul

Week Three - 9th & 30th Mar, 27th Apr, 18th May, 8th & 29th Jun
