The three week cycle runs from 1st September:

Week One - 1st & 22nd Sep, 13th Oct, 3rd & 24th Nov, 15th Dec, 5th and 26th Jan

Week Two - 8th & 29th Sep, 20th Oct, 10th Nov, 1st Dec, 12th Jan and 2nd Feb

Week Three - 15th Sep, 6th & 27th Oct, 17th Nov, 8th Dec, 19th Jan and 9th Feb
