On Tuesday 20th October, we took two teams of ten pupils to a football tournament at Swavesey Village College.

Both teams competed brilliantly in their separate mini leagues, finishing 3rd and 4th respectively. This meant they progressed to the afternoon's additional mini-leagues to determine final places, where they continued to show great determination, teamwork and resilience against a range of different schools.

Throughout the day, both teams worked hard for each other, played some excellent football and scored plenty of goals. Their positive attitude and commitment were evident in every match.

After a full day of competition, our A Team finished in 11th place, while our B Team secured 15th place overall.

Well done to all the children who took part and represented the school so positively.
