Following an 8-week trial with Norwich City FC Academy, Rafe has been offered a contract with them. He went along in half-term with his family for his official signing.

The academy said that they were impressed with Rafe's hard work, dedication and coachability – and that he has bags of potential.

Rafe has already played against Chelsea, Arsenal, Leyton Orient, Leeds United and Derby County and has lots of exciting fixtures ahead, like Manchester City away – his favourite team! 

Not only are Rafe's family extremely proud, but everyone at school is too, and Rafe's success was celebrated in assembly this week. 

Well done Rafe, you are certainly very hard working in PE, and we ALL wish you lots of luck with your footballing future!
