Management Committee

The Pre-school is run by a parent management committee. The Committee employs the Pre-school staff. The Committee consists of Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer and other members. The Committee is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting, which we hope parents will attend. Full committee meetings are usually held once or twice term with various sub-committees meeting more often as required.

New parents/carers are very welcome to join the Committee. Even if you are not a committee member please feel free to attend the termly open meetings so that you can express your views and ideas.

An important part of the Committee's role is to raise funds for the Pre-school. We organise various events throughout the year such as a Christmas Bazaar, Easter Egg Hunt, Shopping Evenings, Quiz Nights, etc. We also participate in community-led events such as the Swavesey Festival.
